I find the financing industry is both challenging and exciting as the rules and trends are constantly changing. While most financing consultants focus on price and a promise of good service, I believe we need to go further. Price and service mean nothing if you are not trustworthy and competent. Through living up to those four criteria, I can rely on referrals for the majority of my business.
Growing up in Wayzata and graduating from Benilde St Margaret’s in Golden Valley, I have spent most of my life living in Minnesota. From high school all the way through graduating from Marquette University, I worked during summers and holidays in every aspect of the mortgage business.
Now, over 16 years later, I find myself suddenly feeling like an “old timer” but still enjoy meeting new clients and keeping up with the old ones. I have done loans in over 35 states, for everyone from CEO’s of large companies to the first time home buyer looking for someone to help them guide them through the process. Maintaining the personal aspect of business is important so I work with my clients to build a relationship that is life-long by tailoring financing to their specific needs. When not working you can find me near water, mountain biking, or hanging out with my nieces and nephews.
If you have any questions I always welcome the calls and e-mails. In the world of call waiting and online lending it is nice to have an immediate voice to talk to and know that you are going to get the same person every time you dial my number.
My goal when meeting any new client is to be the last financing consultant they work with. I want to be your lender for life!
